Finding freedom on two wheels.

Refugee Ride Collective is a London-based cycling group created by and for cyclists who are navigating or have recently experienced the UK asylum system.

Many people seeking asylum live on less than £10 a week - often for years - and face the huge challenge of rebuilding their lives in a new country. The things many take for granted on a bike ride – a spare inner tube, lightweight tools, a navigation device, a waterproof jacket tucked into a jersey pocket, or even a train fare home – are often out of reach.

Our riders overcome these barriers through shared support, access to equipment, and a welcoming community of people who understand these challenges first-hand.

We believe everyone deserves the freedom, independence, and joy of cycling - the chance to escape the city, feel the wind on your face, and build friendships along the way.
